What types of air conditioners do you offer?
Our product range includes fixed-speed and inverter wall-mounted air conditioners, as well as rectangular and cylindrical floor-standing models. Cooling capacity, power requirements and features vary by model. Specifications and availability are confirmed for the selected models.
How can we select models for our target market?
Tell us your target country or region, required cooling capacity, voltage and frequency, and whether you need cooling only or both heating and cooling. You can also send preferred models, a purchasing specification sheet or your customer’s technical requirements. We will review the available options with our manufacturing partner and confirm the proposed configuration with you.
Can we use our own brand or choose the CHOVO brand?
Yes. We support OEM supply under your own brand, and you can also discuss supply under the CHOVO brand. Send us your preferred models, logo and packaging requirements. We will check the available branding and packaging options with our manufacturing partner and confirm the details before the order is placed.
How do we start an ODM project or request product changes?
Share your target market, desired features, appearance or other changes, and estimated order quantity. We will work with our manufacturing partner to assess technical feasibility and the scope that can be offered, then discuss the proposed solution with you. Any development, sampling or testing time and costs need to be confirmed separately.
What information should we provide for a quotation?
Please share your target market, air conditioner type or preferred models, cooling capacity, voltage and frequency, cooling or heating-and-cooling requirements, estimated quantity per model, and branding and packaging needs. Include any required certifications, inspection requirements and preferred delivery date. If you have not selected a model, send the requirements you already have and we can work through the remaining details.
